If you watch what you eat just a little, and drink a lot of water with it. I use it like on and off, just when I need the energy. But if you use it every day, it's like 2 pills with breakfast and 2 with lunch, than you should be good.

In my opinion, probably 7-10 days.

That depends how strictly you cut down on what you eat. Alot of shit doesn't really work, but I know this stuff does. I just dont' use it regularly. :(
