My favorites are Tom Goes To The Mayor. They just need new fucking episodes. Family Guy is cool, and though these shows aren't apart of Adult Swim, I like MXC and Wonder Showzen (the only show I really like from shitty ass MTV networks). Also, Inuyasha is pretty cool.
