Who has one of these and are they even reliable? Mine tells me I am 22% bodyfat but that seems a little too high. Im sure I have to be 15% or less.

They are very reliable. I have dealt with these on a daily basis in my wrestling days. We all think we are in better shape then we really are. Weight-lifters who are cut have like 7-10% so use that as a guage.

i've never heard of a body fat scale @ home. The only true way to determine your body fat would be in a tank of water with a profresh people who do that job. The only other thing i know is the pincher.

werd i wrestled too. when i started wrestling i was 18% right now im around 13% i was a fat guy freshamn year now imma true junior in college
