who takes them?
i recently started taking some and i see a change in my everyday life
like i find myself with more energy, no need to drink 2 energy drinks to not feel an energy boost
and im thinkin about getting some coal vitamins i heard that cleans out your colon....

any tips/ideas/suggestions?

vitamin B 100 mmg per pill its pretty good so far

I took the Flinstone's vitamins...Those taste gooooooooood. I need to buy some more....

yea i got it at gnc a bottle of about 500 pills cost me i would say 15 $
