It's spring and summer is around the corner...nobody enjoys wearing (or seeing someone wearing) a bathing suit with a sloppy figure. :-&
So Diet/exercise questions,concerns,etc...post in here.
I'll do my best to answer them. :thumleft:

Sorry for the late reply :)
For you to lose stomach fat,you're going to have to do cardiovascular exercises (ex. running,bike riding,walking,etc) in order to "melt" the layers of fat above your abs. Sit-ups,Leg raises,etc will help harder and define your abs,but for now,focus on losing the fat.
I've actually lost 10 pounds in 10 days...
jog for 30 mins,walk for 20...focus on cardio
Breakfast-low fat yogurt,Special K with skim milk,or wheat toast and low fat jelly
Lunch-turkey sandwich on wheat bread,ceasar salad,or grilled chicken & steamed veggies
Snack-fruits
Dinner- I usually skipped,cause eating before you sleep is bad if you're trying to lose weight...I suggest you eat something small,and DO NOT EAT AFTER 8 pm
after you reach the weight you want...you can either watch your diet and exercise occasionally,or eat whatever you please,but exercise regularly(which is what I do)

Do leg lunges for like 5-10mins the switch to running sprints for 5mins then bak to lunges for another 5mins after that you do 40-50 frog jumps. i do this for cheerleading and my thighes got like 2 pants size bigger
