Rules Of Banning should be changed

1 person's judgement is not good enough, a vote of the people who frequent should dictate who gets banned so not bannings out of spite can happen

the forums need exciting posters becasue most regulars are dull and lame posters who think a photoshoped pic is hilarious but cant take a written joke

i agree on banning people who annoy and cross the line, but this line should be defined by the posters who are in essence the forums..not the mods who just roam from time to time...

lastlly....can i put a petition so calling someone ugly wont get me banned ...as ridiculous as that sound..

how is one to know where this line is? maybe a warning should ensue before banning..because i would have never guessed pointing out someone's non atractive features could get someone banned
