EAT some protein And carbs.

Chicken, steak, pasta rice etc.

Eat peanut butter sandwiche before you go to sleep

ight. i'm black so i eat all that anyway cept he peanut butter sandwich lol. i'll start doin that.

any tips on what i should be lifting?

would pushups and crunches do for now till i get to college where they gotta gym or u think i need to get a membership somewhere?

I just know that if i lIft more than my body weight i increase my muscle mass.

Lifting less and doing alot of reps of it And things like calestetics, pushups gets you cut up. I do my push up by putting my feet on way up high on a stand. So my body slants down.

Its illegal for minors... but i would not rush to put that shit in my body.

There are still unknown long term/side effects of creatine, and it has not been approved by the FDA. You can drink PROTIEN Before and after an intense work out.

So you want to get big?... lift VERY HEAVY... just becareful of hurting yourself.

What you want to do is lift to the point that 6 is the most you can rep with that weight. Like your just pushing that 6 and cannot do 7. Take a rest, then do 2 more sets, for a total of 3. Do this for 1 body part, and 3-5 different exercises on the same body part.

Let me know how well you do.

Yessir.

But mostly I would take weight gainer.

Provides good protein (About 50g depending on which on you buy), and in your case an mine, helps increase your calorie intake.

I suggest getting N-Large. Works good for me.

its preference....but i like the powder myself. Goes down easy, especially when it taste good. GNC brand is pretty good.

alright, for bulkin up, i hear two things....they contradict each other.....muscle need fat to grow so i hear food high in protien, carbs....fruits...etc...stuff your face with the good stuff....but then what i don't get is your encouraged to burn the fat with cardio...and u can't see good muscle definition unless ur down too a certain percentage of body fat, but if u do that what will your muscles feed off on wen repairing themselves..........so i pretty much confused myself writing this so...um.....wtf :sarb:

A high protien diet is key....cut out the junk food. Don't just assume you can get build size just by lifting weights.....it's a combination of both diet and exercise. You can't have one without the other if you want to reach your full potential....believe me..I know.
