so i'm involved in modeling/acting and my teacher who teaches me runway tells me that i need ALOT of calcium in my body for bone strenght and whatnot
she says that without calcium i will either break or sprain bones in my body if i fall.
but the thing is .. I HATE DAIRY PRODUCTS!
milk, yogurt, cheese etc :Puke:
is there anything else that has calcium that doesn't include dairy??
