okay i need a lil advice.currently im 61, 166 pds with a 32 waist n a bodyfat of 5.1%.ive been dieting and eating a bit right over the summer n have been running 4 3 miles twice a week.ive also done a bunch of crunches every other day n now using resistance.i need sum advice on how exactly to make my abs pop out,an exercise or sumthin please!

do hanging leg raises
*both hands on a bar while you raise your legs (or knees) toward your chest.
this will work your lower abdominal area, you'll feel that shit burn
