walk a mile or too u b suprise how much weight u loose and how much ur legs and calf muscles tone up

i did 15 one time i neeed sumthin to make the arms gro cus m biceps got the muscle but i have skinny arms
that shyt looks nasty lol 6 pack built chest and skinny musclar twigs

dats were ur rong. do weighted pull ups
heavy shrugs,deadlifts and most important is the tricep cause thats the bigger muslce of the arm.
so work on that more do close grip bench press, weighted bench dips and some skullcrushers. and ur all set.

dats were ur rong. do weighted pull ups
heavy shrugs,deadlifts and most important is the tricep cause thats the bigger muslce of the arm.
so work on that more do close grip bench press, weighted bench dips and some skullcrushers. and ur all set.
i have nuttin to dead lift wit thats my problem
i use the curl bar curl about 10 sets of 25 on each side cus that all the wieghts i have then i bench about 100 bout 40 times jus to get rips i dnt maxx out cus i dnt have a sumone holdiin the bar shrugs jus usually works my neck out i need to get mor weights for the one
i shrug about a good 145
