I heard is better to lift wheights and do excersizes is better than Machines

seriously what would be better..

Because in the end i believe lifting wheigts you gain more benefits. stability , breathe control, gain more strengnth..

Example Overhead press... Also squats, lunges , Romanian dead lifts, bench press, lateral deltoid raises, hammer curls , calf raises..

Its not like Im saying lifting with machines is bad..

but is it better lifiting wheights or using machines?
or half half..

Nigga...first off learn how to spell weight. :p

But both of them have their good points.

Machines help more in movement because their is a set motion.

Weights are good because you build up strength faster.

A mixture of both exercises will help build up your physique faster.

Free weights is better but more dangerous.

Free waights allows your to work out your muscles and you have to balance the weights too, machines takes that out of the equation and does some of the work for you thats why u can lift more on a machine than on free weights. If you dont wanna get hurt use machine less of a risk to get injured .

you have to find what works for you. there is no such a thing as the best workout.
