how much can u intake to gain muscle growth?? right now i am intaking 160 grams of protein...

Depends on the type of product your drinking and how many times you do it.

Mines gives me about 54g per supplement.

So yeah about 160 is good.

i dont take any drinks yet but i eat tender chicken breast those give out mad protien meng like 23gs. now if i was taking drinks and shit i would up it to 200+ grams of protein....

200+ is for serious competive body builders. normal human function demands 70 per day before you start using your own muscle tissue.

so anywhere from 140 to 170 is good for a normal exercise regime

no wonder why i gained so much strength since i lacked those 7 months of lifting i thought that i had to start basic again since i lifted a plate for my last sets of 12 maybe i couldve done more than that like a plate and 15 on my 1st day :dunno:

omg meng :blink: I havent even calculated all the protien that i am intaking overall its just an estimate on how mucho i'll be taking....lets hope that all that protien that i am taking i'll be ripped as fuck:dance3:

i heard your body can only process a certain amount of protein each day.. so u think youre takin in all this extra protein and shit, but in reality most of it doesnt get absorbed? u think thats true? :sarb:

if your looking to get ripped then your looking into the wrong thing, high protien intake will cause the "swollen" effect, the complete oppisite of being "ripped". just work out regular and drink 1 shake a day thats really all your gonna be needing.

fuckers i aint doing it on purpose its the shit i am eating that has high in protien i eat like 7 skinless chicken tenders with a salad 3 in the afternoon and 4 at night, a meal bar, oatmeal and egg whites in the morning 2 shakes with my mid morning snack and at night a total of 5 to 6 meals a day and high intensity cardio. plus protien helps repair broken down tissue.

It depends on how much you weigh. Recommended for muscle growth is 2 grams of protein per kg body weight. (1kg = 2.2 lbs)

They say your body can only process between 30 – 40 grams of protein in one sitting but bodybuilders obviously don’t care and eat as much as they want.

I try to get 30 g of protein per meal.

The swollen effect your talking about is called water-retention and can be caused by to many carbs not protein,, protein is best for looking ripped.

which means if i weigh 190 divide it by 2.2=kg's then times 2 grams of protein by ur kgs and there u now know how much recommended protein u need :dance3:....:love: math....

u gotta take 1-1.5 grams protien per pound of ur weight

say u weight 150lbs u gotta take about 150-180grams.
