i cant seem to excerise.. doing the cardio and weights im so lazy lol

so i was thinking of fun excerises I could do...
how about skipping?
good idea? bad idea?
remember i am working on my thighs, bum and stomach, and arms...im trying to tone these parts...and i love skipping i could do it for for like an hour
and I LOVE SWIMMING! so im gonna try that to...

so wut u think health freaks?

If you're looking to simply be toned, and not add muscle mass, then I suggest you just pick up a sport and play it.

I play basketball 3-4 times a week. I never hit the gym. I'm in normal shape. Have toned arms, toned legs. Not a 6 pack, but no flab. So pick a sport you like, and find a place to play with other people.
