1- What are some good foods that will help me bulk up? (i am the muthafucka that eats a shitload and does gain weight- the envied one ~l0l)
*2- What exercises will help me improve my lower body- granted all i own is a couple dumbbells (im thinking lower-back and waist down *and of course, no homo*)
3- When i train my Quads they dont recover from the soreness for like 4-5 days :ugh: what can i do to about this?
*this question because track season starts in a few days and i want to improve my speed by strengthening these areas

1- Mainly foods that give you a good source of protein and carbs. Meat, Chicken, legumes, nuts (no homo), wheat, pasta, etc. Also remember that inorder to gain you should be eating at least double the amount of calories a day. That's a lot of food. :o
2 - Well, since you said you only own a couple of dumbbells you can do squats and lunges with them. I'm sure there are some other exercises you can do that involves the gym ball, but I can't think of any at the moment.
3 - Usually soreness means that you just started working out and it's like your "breaking them in." It's normal, don't worry about it. By the next week you shouldn't feel as sore.
Also remember that sleep is important bro. 6-8 hours is recommended is your planning to build up
