yooo...i been goin to the gym for bout 4 months now. i've been runnin, lifting weights etc. but my abs dont seem to come out, my stomach is laredy flat, i do sit ups, crunches, the bycicle ones, and they still dont come up?
am i suposed to do some harder, effective exercises?
or should i just stop eating whatever the fuck i want and stop drinkin beer every other weekend? ;)

First, go on a fat loss diet.
If you have a high body fat percentage, the abs won't show no matter how much you work. Once your body fat falls below 8% for men, or 14% for women, your abs will begin to show through.
Your diet should consists higher protein intake, moderate fat and moderate complex carbohydrate. You should cut out all excess simple sugars, lower your dairy intake and eliminate excess saturated fats. The majority of your dietary fat should come from essential fatty acids (EFA's -- omega-6 and omega-3).
To lose fat you need to eat fewer calories. You should create a mild caloric deficit when dieting. In other words, you should be using more calories than you are taking in from your diet. This way, your body has to get the extra calories it needs from fat stores (hopefully). I say hopefully because if you drop your calories too drastically, your body may prefer to use muscle tissue for energy instead of fat. This is why many people who go on fad diets look so soft. They lose almost as much muscle mass as fat those drastic diets.
Second, start exercising aerobically.
stretching is the key to nicer abs once you get them stretch before and after by doing bridges or back bends if you can do them.

jus do what ronnie colemans says shut up an crunch joking u just have to loose that puppy fat basicly get down to 7 or 8% body fat thats it then they will appear

it takes a while to get six pack just make sure you eat right and put more effort into it try to do sit ups , crunches everyday ... it takes a while but you ll see the result

hmmm well im 175-180lbs and bout 6 ft so im not that skinny nor big. i bench max 215lbs. I go to the gym mostlly 4-5 days a week for 2hrs, i run, i take my routines (chest n back, next day tri's n biceps n so on) and i swim.
seems like is mostly on what i eat tho, i dont really take a look out on my food and kinda drink beer every weekend... ;)
so...ill guess ill have to give up the beer, brownies, cupcakes etc. and all the greasy n fast food i eat.
im suposing ill have to eat basically chicken, tuna, salads, fruits and the rest of the good stuff every other day???

i went from a 36 down to a 32 no full 6 pack but it is in the makin
and i am 5"10 and 190
but i dont want to get any heavier i was 205 last month

keep doing whatchu doing ... just watch what u eat ... and buy a waist strap those nylon/rubber ones that u adjust tightly around ur stomach ... it provides an extra sweat for ur abdominal area and helps u tone that up alot faster...
