What does your pre workout nutrition consist of? Pre workout I'll have this shake:
1 Banana
1 cup of oatmeal
2 cups skim milk
1-2 scoops of peanut butter
1/2 scoop of ON whey

Post workout I'll have this mixed in with about 1 litre of water:
1 scoop of ON whey
40g Dextrose
40g Maltodextrin

Before working out:

1 cup of Cyto-Gainer

54 g Protein
5 g Creatine
3 g Glutamine

After Working out:

2 cups of Cyto-Gainer
5 Amino Acid pills (for recovery)

about the same shit that i drink.
except i have a full scoop of whey protein.

Well I do eat a lot, I usually take those supplements in between my meals. :p

i only drink endurance that s it while working-out and for breakfast banana-strawberry smoothie then some oatmeal the rest of the day i eat what my stomach wish. and im ripped nigga
