hmmnnn how many inches can a person loose in a month? i dont care much about wieght as long as i look aite ... i needa loose some inches quick :tears:
so yeh gimme your best tips :mrhappy:
m bad at wrking out but cn go on with out eating for a week lol! :p

30mins minnimum
and den move it up to 45mins
eat 4 times a day
but absoulutley clean
not eating food doesnt help
no breads no phratas:yum: and no rices/pastas or anytakeawy
and no sodas.

hi,
look best way to lose fat or inches is by eating, healthy stuff, if u dont eat and starve ur self ul llose weight but ull get sick, get stuff like ulcers and gastratis and u dont want that, wut this kid said bout running is fine, but theres a better way to do it. your body will start burning calories arround jsut 20 mins of runing after that is when you burn calories. so do this run in a cinrcuit. what i mean by that is run like 10 minutes at a regular pace. then run 4-5 minutes really fast , or just as much as ur body can run, then bring it down and walk it out 2 minutes , then run regular pace for 10 mins again and go rly fast after again. try to run bout 1 hr a day in that pace. and also do squats, push ups, pull ups, with ur own weight. that helps u burn calories fast too. and try to keep a 1500 calorie diet, based on at least 70% of that in protein foods, 20% in complex carbs, and 10% in good fats, like nuts, oliv oil, etc... that will help u allot

Eat a small meal or snack every 2-3 hours. It takes about a couple hours for the food to leave your stomach and make its way down the path. Eating every couple of hours won't make you feel like you are starving yourself, and you'll have something in your stomach at all times.
For working out, I suggest some cardio.
Run or jog everyday, and if you go to a gym, an elliptical machine is great for a good cardio workout. Try skipping with a jump rope if you want to...that's good too. :)

Lol yeah I gotta lose like 10-15 pounds before I go to India in June :p :|

run for like an hour.... stay away from carbs no CARBS...... eat before 6pm after 6 your body starts slowing down.....
It always works for me i dropped 3 inches

Well, are you just trying to loose weight, or replace " fat" with muscle? If you want to lose weight running , swimming, or a circuit training system would help. To tone up just add low pounds to your circuit and do some high reps 20 5 reps of 20 lbs and you'll be on your way. Depending on how strick you are you may see results in a month. Try to eat six times aday , but not junk food, and the portions have to be small. for example, have a bowl of fruit and some vegi's at lunch, and then two hours later try to have a healthy snack.

Yeah, not a prob. Running is grat, but you don't want to run every day. You must ive your body time to recover. I would run a half a mile every three alt days. Mon, wed, fri, and then tues and thursday do circuit training. for example, do 30's of jumping jacks, then after jumping jacks run for 15 secs, and then do 30's of push ups, rep running in place, then switch to sit ups. and repeat these methods for an hour or so. This will burn a lotof that unwanted weight down. the diet is very important because what you put in is going to be the end result of what you put out. It makes no sense for you to have a big ol juice steak after you've worked out . You just wasted all that hard work. As far as six meals make sure there blanced meals, have a bowl of vegi's and fruit for lunch, then two hours letter have yogurt, nuts, or some kind of fruit. next Have a Tunia, rice and some kind vegi, the key in this six meal deal is not to have too much fat, you want your body to burn the fat no gain and then burn. Did I help you at all? :sarb:

Waist- Do CRUNCHES, and make sure you stretch ur abs a lot....do sideways sit ups to get your obliques in shape thats what make you have a nice waist.

Arms- do curls I know ur arms are not big but they probaly out of shpae just do curls and to work out your triceps and um you could try to do skull crushers to work out your triceps. Dont worry your arms will not get big if you do light wieght but a lot of reps!

For me.. I use to be like that too. U gotta do whats at the your own pace. Me personally, I go to the gym and old skool boxin joint. A lot of your excess water and weight has to do with your stress level so thats why I do that.
Pero mama, never DONT eat. It slows down your metabolism and makes it harder for your body to digest and use it as good engery. Yeah, it helps bc your body feeds off your fat sources but its not healthy.
The guys from what I read are good in this advice ;) running is good for your waist. Crunches are no fun but they work.. Eventually you will notice [after you get into it] that you use muscles everyday that you had no idea exsisted. But dont do it everyday [like some one said] bc your body does need to recover. Drink water, but not excessively bc there is a such thing as drinking TOO much water.
Most importantly, have fun. Its so much easier with music or tv or better yet a partner. Someone to push you, keeps you going.

Great key points, very well put with eatting. This is why I told her to eat six times a day, but not junk. Eat good foods so this way your body gets the best energy source. Alot of people think that eatting six times a day is a bad idea, well it is if you eat nothing but fatty foods. However, good points
