since i started working out i gained more tricep and bicep my goals is to build more shoulders and traps
this a month old but i have a more hard core work out 4 days 1 day of rest and i am starting to balance my work out more i should see some results in about 3 months
if u guys need more tips Muscle and fitness have really good tips diets and work outs routine

but the shoulder shrugs are great i have 3 diffrent set i do
250 and 280 lbs shrugs are no joke

my best friend is cardio 2 miles or 2.5 everyday when i work out...
easy for have a good diet but if u have a fast metabolism u can tone down on fast food
but protein feeds the muscle so eat protein (whey) a good work out routine
and determination thats all

i stoped going for almost 2 months and i gained like 10lbs i am back to 188
but now i am back on track when august comes along and better yet september ;) its game but i am going big for next year

nice me 2 but i notice of all the dudes in the gym i must be one of the few that actually runs cardio
LOL 1st running 2 miles 24 minutes horrible
now i can run u a 2 miles 15 - 16 minutes building more lung and stamina
maybe do a lil MMA mix martial art fighting

Heyy....u do MMA??...Iv been doing BJJ for about 2 years and im on a purple belt but stopped early in the year....but since Feb 07 iv started Muay Thai to get my stand up fighting better!! :D

just take protein shakes Muscle Milk
and i pick mens fitness magazine they got awesome work out routines for arms legs well in genereal all
u have to eat more but a lil healthier i started a no red meat diet for the next few months i upped my protein grams daily so buy the end of this year i will be one oil greased machine
dips
bench to bench
curls free weight , dumbells , and machine
preacher pull downs
just pick up a few magazine they got awesome tips

Heyy....u do MMA??...Iv been doing BJJ for about 2 years and im on a purple belt but stopped early in the year....but since Feb 07 iv started Muay Thai to get my stand up fighting better!! :D
yeah getting on the muay thai the guys i work out at the gym were champ in kickboxing but the switch over to Boxing more $$$$$$
he gona be live on HBO Saturday July 14 he a heavy weight champ

lol that movie is badass. not sure why everyone is talkin about roids etc, if you have a solid routine that works for you big gains are possible, without the need for testosterone/roids BS. im trying to find some workout routines they had for the cast of that movie, must have been hardcore :Ballistic

dude u gotta work on ur tri's.... super set them and burn them out on the last set.... that and ur obliques and u'll be koo... sooo that means up ur protein intake and lower ur carbs

yeah my tri's are really good i just not flexing them in the pic... carbs i droped like 3 month ago and my protein is really good but i am changing my reps heavier but aming more towards my gut so in 8 weeks ill see what happends

yea... its a burnout routine... u lift heavy ur 1st two sets on ur third lift like 70 perceent of max... and just count the seconds... not reps... till u cant go anymore... shoulds be like 25 to 30 seconds

I would tag my delts with power cleans, military presses, and lateral raises bent and standing. For traps I would stick with barbell shrugs but with the barbell behind you, stay away from synthol

Getting big arms don't mean anything. Your body becomes more robotic and left flexible. Boxers and monkeys are 10 times stronger than body builders. Pulls and push ups is a good way to increase your strength. Doing stationary exercise is only good for "looks" The buffed up looked is played out.
