So I am on a medical fast...with 700 calories a day (all protein) ..a gallon of water a day ....no carbs.....with b12 tablets (for energy)..... and phentermine tablets a day ...plus my running 3-4 miles daily( which I gotta go do).........
They said I should be guareented to loose up to 30 lbs min a month on this.....
my mom thinks my obsession with weight loose is leading me to an anemia...
but I think if I go to gnc and by b6 tablets I should be ok with perventing anemia.....
what do you think??

mira nena..just eat healthy no junk food..drink 1 to 2 litres a day of water and excersise a min. of 30 minz on the treadmill..thats what i do

WOW MAN thats very weird but when i was like 16 i went ultra fit and needed to lose weight so i went on a 500 calorie day diet....it was hard at first but the weight just melts off! fast! i stuck with it for a year and half but my obsession for cakes caught up and i left it!!! lol! but i find running is best way to lose weight... for about an hour! it wokred for me plus gives u tones legs!" woot! :dance3:

it has become a constant obsession in my life
I only eat steamed veggires and meat and healthy stuff....but im doing this medical fast because i have seen great results on people

I tried that once its bullshit i still get to eat sum junk food not all...i also heard that if u starve urself that much u gain all that fucking weight back...yea i might be taking diet pills but i aint fucking starving myself and i eat 3 to 4 small portions a day

its not bull if your excersing and eating healthy calroies...like me its all protein and I run
im not starving myself i am getting nutretion in I just am not eating like a normal person would with over 1000 calories intake a day.....

i'm 5'3 1/1'' almost 5'3''
i weight 152( but its in my tighs and boobs...i have big hips...and a big butt and I am a full D...)
to fit my normal weight I should be 136lbs
but before I got pregnant I was smaller than 125

Ewwwwwwwww@ size 0....
But just remember hun not to focus on your size but WHat Looks good on you....personally size zero just sounds too skinny...but if you have a small frame than of corse it would fit you...And belive me i"m in tha same boat az u Im 5 mounths pregnant and gaining alot of weight because i ussually stay ona strict diet but i knwo i would never be or atleast look healthy in a size zero....Just Remember CURVES ARE SEXY!

:)well i went on my reg jogging today i did 5 miles today..
and I did my situps and i practiced my push ups...
I only ate a protein shake in the morning 6am...a slim fast bar at 2pm...... and a veggie sandwhich at 7pm......
i think i did good today :dance3:

800-1000 calories a day with excercise lost me 45lbs in 1 month and a half a while back :dunno:

i say if u are running 3 4 miles a day, u need to be eating a lot of healthy food, it'll only help u burn fat

I don't like your diet, it looks dangerous. I can't complain though since I can lose a pound a day just running no matter what I eat. I got it easy compared to a lot of people. But, if you're running 3-4 miles then really, that's enough. You're becoming too obsessed with losing weight way too quickly. I don't like you much, but what you're doing is a bit extreme and I wouldn't agree with that diet under any circumstances to anybody. If you rush it your health is going to suffer. You'll lose weight I'll promise you that, but you wont be healthier or more fit. Run, get on a normal diet, and get fit at the same time.

dont do it for a whole month ur body doesnt react well to that... at least once a week take some calories from regualr foods... if u do alot of cardio get some pasta or so

you won't lose 30 ...
and I ran about 8-12 a day everyday 4 days a week. plus hard track workouts 2 days a week ... and I my braces were sorta knew, so I didn't too much, cuz i was getting use to them, and lost about 14 in 3 months.

If you dont eat carbs your brain will be dead, thats what your brain uses for energy, you need to put some carbs in your diet.
