i weight 135lbs . [i say my boobs are like 5pounds] =\ .
i wanna lose weight just around my stomach area .
still wanna be thick tho .
&& i wanna lose atleast 2 boob cups .
so my goal is to lose 15lbs in two months .
do yu think cardio would be the best way to go ?

&& i cycled four miles .
plus i did some cardio && situps today .

yup stick to cardio and tone up .... by a waist strap that helps u sweat a lil ... jog for like 30 min 3x a week... get urself some 10 pd weights do some squats with em... do some crunches and a few manly push ups lol ... u'll be alright ... dont strain urself all u doing is toning up ... and eat right thats key ...

wat u wanna do is activate ur core mostly... alot of core exercises.... u do wanan do cardio but u wanna hit ur target heartrate, meanin about 80 percent of ur maximum hearrate for 20 min.... and the rest is ur eatin habbits, its as easy as calories in vs. calories out

Honestly,You look great. Just keep doing what you been doing. Watch what you eat and do ALOT of Cardio. im sorry I cant give out more adivce but thats because you really dont need anymore than that.

at least you carry your weight well and you're not disproportioned. i've seen some girls who carry all of their weight in their stomach and have thin limbs...it looks weird as hell.

6 small meals a day and lots of cardio is what i heard from a doc on the radio as the best way to lose wt.
6 meals keeps ur metabloism humming and burn more calories as oppossed to 3
