hi all
I've been lifting weights for 2 years now but I've been very inconsistant. I go through months where I lift hard without missing any workouts, then I go through months where I'm really lazy and miss half my workouts.
Because of this I am still very weak so I want to compare my stats to you you guys on these 3 lifts. and your age.
Bench Press: 210
Squat: 200
Deadlidt: 330
I'm 20 years old by the way.

Squat: 200-? don't really do squats though I know I should
Deadlifts-???? I do the shoulder shrugs with over 300lbs
I'm 17, though I've been told I'm naturally strong a lot of times. I started going to the gym somewhere before December of last year. I was lazy B4 and never lifted weights so I had to start benching just 110lbs, which was mad embarrassing. I haven't gone for a long ass time and when I did I went on and off. I gotta go back though cuz I'm getting a lil' pudgy and summer ain't the season to be doing that.

i do like weightlifting, but it pushups/situps, pull ups etc.. that what really counts. its funny seeing giant meat heads that cant pull thier own body weight and only manage to pull dead weight

lol @ u_cant _compare, cant believe u compare urself to peep on the net like this rolf. ya those number are current and kinda weak right now, but i been out of the military for almost 2 years and really have no reason to kill my self workin out anymore. I was pushing 495 when i was in deployment back in the days, was was 190 at the time. definetly not the best, but it got the job done!

no doubt ... as long as u stay fit and move pretty quick ... i dont do weights much anymore im into calisthetics ... i seen too many big dudes get knocked the fuck out ... so i like to mess with my own bodyweight keep doing ur hting we'll get up there once again ..

Bench : 225
Squat: 275
Deadlift: don't do em.
Right now I'm just mainly running and keeping my slim look. I don't plan on getting any bigger.

ive been lifting since august im only 155 pounds my max bench was 185
i started lifting like sometime over the summer..off and on tho..never consistently..my max is 170..but my squat max is anywhere between 300-350.

19 years, 160lbs, 6', and very inconsitant work outs.
I can bench 185 and have not tried anything over that weight (I don't have more then 185lbs of weight to put on it).
I don't have enough room in my place to do squats, and if deadlifts and like the shoulder shrugs I've done over 300 when I went to the gym before.
