well i am 6ft 175 . i have a belly coming up how can i lose my belly, i look skinny but the thing is that i have belly coming out ..

try fasting, fasting for like 2 months from sun up to sun down it will help your stomach shrink, which means you will get full faster. and your body will feel hungry and it will use your fat reserves to satisfy itself, which will burn that fat.

ahhh i dont think thats the best idea.....cus when u start eating again from what i heard, u gain twice the amount of weight.......wouldnt that make the problem worse?? why dont u just exercise? run, do some sit up and sum crunches, thats what my friends tell me they do...and eat healthy..thats about it...what i started doing and i dropped weight..not a lot but somethings better than nothing! :) :wavey:

I told a friend to do this, she lost a lot of weight and she stopped smoking. and drinking a lot cold water also helps your body uses calories to warm the water to body temperature.

yea the water thing works....if u drink it stop drinking sodas/pop all it is is sugar and acid in a can...it helped me when i started losing weight...i drank a lot of water and walked more than 2 miles a day...it helps....ne other advice...cus im not gonna stop eating lol in case u havent looked at me lol u can tell a gurl likes to eat haha...but i cant eat as much as i used to....

dito lol its ok......idk b4 when i was younger i was losing weight and it was weird i guess cus i dropped like 10 pounds in 2 weeks and they say ur not supposed to drop that much that soon...idk i wanna loose a lot but i just dont wanna lose my ass....

you woman with your ass, my girl has the same issue, she's a little thick but she doesnt want to loose her tits lol. but yea your right when you loose alot your skin is left over, and it hangs everywhere (nasty) i heard 2 pounds a week is good so your skin can tighten up with your body, so no sagging skin.

She's in the C range, but shes more worried about saggy tits lol, i've seen that saggy tits look shes right it's not pretty, but i dont know what the hell your talking about your ass is huge, you wouldnt loose that thing, plus i cant stand skinny chicks i like a girl with meat on her bones, 130-150 pounds is good stuff for me

hmm but i have one more problem , i have strong cravings i can't control myself from eating ..

dont buy things that will contribute tour fat intake.....by salad and fruit....dont eat fast food alot,its ok every once in a while but not everyday.....and instead of frying things bake it...like pollo y chuleta if u eat that....and eat smaller portions...stay away from junk food!!! and juice with a lot of sugar...

yea...its all in will power really....i have cravings too and think about how hard it is for girls.....we get our "time" its hell cus we eat everything in sight lol and we take on water like hell be greatful lol

if you eat the right amount of food... then when you get a craving just ignore it!!

cravings last about 8-14 mins....so keep yourself occupied when you get a craving so you dont focus on food!! maybe even time it!

This is true from what Ive seen..
I got a friend whos gotten use to smoking weed heavily.. But somehow it decreased his appetite... He eats less and now hes real thin..
His stomache cannot take the amount of food he used to. He cant even fisnish half of a taco..

pretty much starve yourself. Sly Stallone had to starve himself to get his chizzled body. It's very unlikely that anyone can have such a low % of bodyfat without either taking steroids, or starving themselves.

30 mins of HIIT(Intense sprinting for 2 mins...jogging for 3...then repeat the pattern, do any pattern you want)
30 mins of skip rope(best exercise in the world)

3 hours of boxing, then 30 minutes at the weight room (No benching, just pull ups and the bike)

Additional exercises

Day A (M,W,F)
3 sets of 30 of push ups
3 sets of 30 wide push ups
3 sets of 15 diamond push ups
3 sets of 15 knucke push ups
Planks for 2-3 minutes

Day B(T,TR,S)
5 sets of 20 burpees
5 sets of 10 jumping squats
5 sets of 10 regular squats.
Wall sit for 3 minutes




The only problem I have I like to hang out at night, and I don't sleep, which is a problem cause you burn calories and your muscles grow when you sleep. I only sleep 6 hours a day at most...but today I got a nice 10 hour rest...Hopefully I can get 8 hours consistently. I'm going to take an extreme test that will test me how fit I am. = (, I'm kinda nervous.

if u have good 8 hours sleep you can lose your fat i heard hmm most of time i slept only for 4 to 5 hours...

you do drop weight when you sleep. It's good to atleast get 8-10 hours a night.

Easy, lower down your carbs and increase your protein intake. For example look at the back label of a product you're about to eat, if it contains per say 200 calories it should have less than 3 g of fat.. if it doesn't then just eat half of that portion and NEVER eat until you're full. Youll get used to it, lots of water too :dance3:
