Me:

255lbs bench (was higher but I got weak I don't really bench anymore)

315lbs Squat

455lbs Deadlift



Pretty soon I'll be back to where I was, I've been slacking so my lifts are weak but by summer I should be above where those lifts are.

Wow you got a pretty strong back, the weights at my gym only go up to 150lb dumbbells. The old gym I used to go to they went up to 250lbs. I can't do more than 200lbs in each hand for rear delt row but the 250's would come in handy for shoulder shrugs.

I can do 50lbs for side Delt raise but not as many reps as I used to. But by summer I think I'll be back where I was which is 50lbs for 8 reps. Straight out by the way not with elbows bent.

Most I've done for biceps is 75lbs for 2 reps. But that was when I used to work at a gym and instead of working I'd workout

but 80lbs for 10 reps is pretty good

yea im talking max rep. my little brother set the record in illinois for 123 weight class....he won a competition benching 260 (his second rep of 3) he faild the 3rd attepmt which was 275....but he deadlifted 350 n won his class by 55lbs... do u kno n e thing about weight lifting competitions?

deadlift is looking kinda weak bro

I used to hit the cybex machines at the gym. I was good for 80lbs. @ 10 reps for 2 chest machines and the one for tricepts

damn you're killing me on bench and squat but everything else is about the same, except rear delt-rows I do 150lbs 8-10reps 3 sets. Military press I use 80 each hand, side delt raise I can do 40lbs and keep my hands straight out, if I bend my elbow I can do more obviously
