no, it actually depends on what region you're talking about. I do know that at least 25% of Pakistan's population is genetically different than Indians. So you can't say ALL Pakistanis are the exact same as Indians, because they're not.
Pakistan boarders middle eastern countries, so obviously there is going to be some mixing and ancestry from there. You can also tell a Pakistani from an Indian as well.

not all the time. i have indians and pakitanis mistaking me for a pakistani, but thats because my ancestors are from pakistan before the division.
